TIER - Change mobility for good!

TIER Mobility is Europe's leading shared micro-mobility provider, with a mission to Change Mobility for Good. By providing people with a range of shared, light electric vehicles, from e-scooters to e-bikes and e-mopeds, powered by a proprietary Energy Network, TIER helps cities reduce their dependence on cars. As a Product Designer, I am responsible for creating delightful experiences for TIER consumer app. I collaborate closely in 8-weeks cycles with PMs, UX researchers, data analysts, engineers, and a UX writer on TIER Energy Network (TEN), battery swapping, bonus rides, and the new feature group rides. I support UX researchers in usability testing (qualitative and quantitative) which includes interviews, session recordings, prototype tests, and user tests (A/B test) to fix the app's pain points.
