Improving grocery shopping experience with Flink App

Flink is an online supermarket that provides fast deliveries of everyday items right to your doorstep. With the Flink mobile app and webshop, customers can easily place orders and enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience. The Flink app offers a range of innovative features to enhance the convenience of online shopping. Customers can save their favorite items and use them as a shopping list for quick and easy ordering. In this project, the primary focus was on the active users of Flink who perform various activities regularly but do not engage with the Favorites feature. Our goal was to identify potential usability issues and design opportunities that could enhance the user experience.
